flout the law.after all rules are meant to be broken?
then why did we make them in the first place?
well i guess this the biggest problem in the country.There seems to be no solution.How will there be?it is all chaos,so many people living under poverty,so many more under social and political problems,there is no mental peace.how can we achieve it?

Education alone can do the trick.
education yes...proper education..
Quality Education clubbed with awareness.People should be made to realise their rights and duties. Only if that happens can we even think of improving this chaos...
